The “21 Days Of Meditation” workshop is a 30mins regular meditation practice to help improve over all mental and emotional health by connecting with the inner-self. As humans we are constantly doing so much and it becomes equally important for us to regularly pause, master the art of being, meet our inner self and replenish inside out. Regular meditation promotes mental & emotional well-being and experience peace, calm & happiness from within while teaching to handle the stressful situations in life better. Meditation allows us to explore the power of silence and stillness to access our inner strength.
