~ When we work on important projects and strive to meet our work deadlines we might build up a lot of stress & tension in the shoulders. Release your shoulders with these simple shoulder movements. I am using wiselife.in sturdy yoga strap here. Make sure to breathe deeply in & out as you do these movements
.
~ And before you go to sleep, make sure to turn off all the bright lights. Bring in some soothing lights, I have lit here wiselife.in organic candles, which have such soothing aroma as well. Then sit down to relax yourself with a breath meditation and journaling practice
.
Include this simple evening routine consistently and see how you will be able to sleep well and wake up refreshed the next day ❤️

Do you experience gastric issues regularly? This can be a very discomforting and nagging issue that can cause pricky pains, cramps or knotted feeling. This can also cause bloating and indigestion as well
.
To help relieve gastric issue, practice “Pavanamuktasana” everyday in the mornings. Pavan- means Air and Mukta-means Release and so named rightly, this posture helps to release gas/air from the body. This posture also helps to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles
.
To do this posture, lay down on the back & hug knees to chest, applying gentle press on the abdomen with the thighs. Inhale deeply as you perform the above steps. And then, as you exhale, curl up the body, lifting the head up and move the nose towards the knees. Hold the posture and breathe deeply in & out for 10times
